Every other Monday evening, we explore one specific way your past wounds or social conditioning might be controlling your present. No fluff, no quick fixes – just real insight into the hidden forces shaping your life.
How Each Session Works
Recognition (15 mins) We identify one common pattern – like the need for approval, fear of abandonment, or the pressure to be constantly productive. You’ll discover:
- How this pattern developed to protect an old wound
- Which “guardian” (your Wolf’s control or Bear’s reactions) is running the show
- How society or family conditioning reinforces this pattern
Understanding (45 mins) Through open conversation, we go deeper:
- What emotional wound lies beneath this protective pattern?
- How has conditioning taught you to act this way?
- What would life look like without this invisible weight? Ask questions, share if you want, or simply listen as others’ stories illuminate your own patterns.

- Recognition of one piece of emotional baggage you’ve been carrying
